Sanjeev Kohli the actor is coming to Peterhead, Ellon, Fraserburgh, Inverurie Aberdeenshire

Sanjeev Kholi is a comedy writer, performer and presenter who has been seen in the BAFTA nominated, Fresh Meat, Gary Tank Commander, and Look Around You.

He has also written for Chewin’ The Fat and Goodness Gracious Me, and is the co-writer and co-star of Radio 4’s Fags Mags and Bags.

He played the part of Norrie in BBC Four’s Bob Servant Independent, alongside the legendary Brian Cox and Jonathon Watson. However, Sanjeev is still best known for playing the shopkeeper Navid in BBC’s Still Game.  

Since 2015 Sanjeev has appeared in BBC Scotland’s popular soap River City, playing the part of AJ Jandhu. 

2018 saw him appear as a Glasgow Theatre owner in the feature film Stan and Ollie.

Sanjeev has presented extensively on BBC Scotland and Radio Scotland and is an occasional newspaper columnist. He presents Sanjeev Kohli’s Big Talk on BBC Scotland.
