Recycling Centres in Aberdeenshire with New Booking System 28.11
From 28 November, there will be three trial booking systems for the household recycling centres
The trial for changes to the household recycling centre bookings begins next week.
From 28 November, there will be three systems in play: the current system, a non-booking system, and a hybrid of the two.
Insch, Inverurie, and Westhill will retain the full booking system.
Alford, Banchory, Fraserburgh, Huntly, Macduff, Peterhead, and Portsoy will fully remove the booking system. Vehicles limited by type will not need to book at these locations.
Peterhead Household Recycling Centre Closed till 6 December.
Ellon, Laurencekirk, Stonehaven, and Turriff will have non-booking days on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Portlethen will have a non-booking day on Saturday. Vehicles limited by type will still need to book on all days at these locations.
Pedestrian access will not be available when any non-booking day is in play. Banned vehicle types remain banned from all sites.
