John Clark Motor Group Adds KIA to Their Growing Portfolio
Family-owned, family run John Clark Motor Group is excited to announce the addition of KIA to their growing list of franchises through the acquisition of Gillanders Motors in Peterhead.
The newly acquired business will offer the full range of new and used KIA’s award-winning range, including the amazing new EV9 and newly launched EV3, alongside comprehensive service, warranty repairs and customer support through the marques industry leading 7-year warranty. Alongside this existing business the John Clark Motor Group will open a new John Clark Select business offering a wide range of carefully selected premium used cars.
The full Gillanders team will transfer with the acquisition and the business will remain at its current location at Blackhouse Industrial Estate, Blackhouse Circle, Peterhead, AB42 1BN.

The addition of the KIA brand to the John Clark Motor Group portfolio follows the recent news of the John Clark MG Perth acquisition in August 2024 and the confirmation of our record breaking turnover in our year-end 2023 trading update.
John Clark Motor Group is a family-owned automotive business based in Scotland, offering new and used car and van sales as well as servicing and parts. Established in 1974, the group has grown to represent over 18 franchises and 39 locations, serving customers across the north-east of Scotland.
