Collapsed quarry bothy at Longhaven Cliffs, near Peterhead, Aberdeenshire, Scotland

The bothy was used for the quarry workers to store their tools and shelter in during bad weather.
This quarry was in operation from the Victorian period, right up until the 1960’s.
Where you see the dark stain on the cliff below the bothy there used to be an iron ladder that the workers climbed up.
